Operation Steps
Set font: Select the cell (range) in the Excel table that you want to set the font to, click the Drop-down button to the right of the Font box on the Formatting toolbar, and then in the Drop-down list that pops up, select the font you want.
Set Font Size: Select the cell (area) in the table where you want to set the font size, click the Drop-down button to the right of the font Size box on the Formatting toolbar, and then in the Drop-down list that pops up, select the font size you want.
Set character color: Select the cell (range) where you want to set the character color, click the Drop-down button to the right of the font color box on the Formatting toolbar, and then in the Drop-down list that pops up, select the color you want.
Tip: All of the above settings can be done by using the format → cell command to open the Format Cells dialog box and switch to the Font tab to set it up.
Set Fill color: Select the cell (range) where you want to set the cell fill color, click the Drop-down button to the right of the Fill color box on the Formatting toolbar, and then in the Drop-down list that pops up, select the color you want.
Tip: All of the above settings can be done by executing the format → cells command, opening the Format Cells dialog box, switching to the Pattern tab and setting a more complex fill effect.
