Add a common Word2003 document name to the Word toolbar

For Word2003 files that are frequently edited, users can add them to the toolbar with the built-in menus feature provided by Word2003 to open these common word files as they would for Internet Explorer favorites. The procedure is described as follows:

Step 1th, run the WORD2003 program, click the view → toolbar → customize menu command in the menu bar, and switch to the Commands tab in the custom dialog box that opens.

Step 2nd, select the built-in menu option in the Categories list on the Commands tab, select the work option in the Commands list, and drag the work option to anywhere in the Word menu bar. Set Finish click the Close button, as shown in Figure 2007110701.

Step 3rd, open the specified Word document, click the work → add to work menu command to add the document name to the work menu, as shown in Figure 2007110702.

Users can also easily delete Word document names from the work menu. Run Word2003, and then press the ctrl+alt+-key combination (the minus sign on the numeric keypad). When the mouse arrow changes to a bold minus sign, click the Word document name in the Work menu to remove the Word document name, as shown in Figure 2007110703.

Tip: Use the ctrl+alt+-key combination to remove options from any word menu.
