Add a custom header in the Word 2010 Header Library

The so-called "library" is a number of preformatted content collections, such as the "header Library", "Footer Library", "Table library" and so on. In the Word 2010 document window, users can quickly complete some layout or content settings by using these libraries in a specific format. For example, click the Table button in the Insert Ribbon to select a preformatted table from the Quick Table library, as shown in Figure 2009121501.

The libraries in Word 2010 are mainly in the Insert Ribbon, and users can also add custom settings to specific libraries to reduce duplication of operations. The following is an example of adding a custom header in the header library, as described in the following procedure:

In step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window and switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the header button in the Header and footer group, as shown in Figure 2009121502.

Step 2nd, edit the header text and make layout settings. Then select the edit-Completed header text, click the header button in the Header and Footer group, and click the Save selection to Header Library command in the Open header library, as shown in Figure 2009121503.
