Most of the jar Maven's central repositories are available, but there are some in the jar repositories that are not, such as the Oracle driver.

Add an Oracle jar to the MAVEN repository.
Execute in MAVEN's environment

mvn install:install-file -Dfile=jar包的位置 -DgroupId=上面的groupId -DartifactId=上面的artifactId -Dversion=上面的version -Dpackaging=jar

Cases:
MVN Install:install-file-dfile=f:\ideaspace\ojdbc14-10.2.0.1.0.jar-dgroupid=com.oracle-dartifactid=ojdbc14- Dversion=10.2.0.1.0-dpackaging=jar
