Operation Steps

By customizing the format of cells, you can quickly add units (such as "meta") to numbers in an Excel table:

Select the cells (ranges) that you want to add units to, and perform the format → cells command. Open the Format Cells dialog box, in the Value tab, select the Custom option under category, and then enter #.00 in the box under Type on the right, and make sure you return.

Note: Although these values are added to the unit, you can still use the function for statistical processing.
