1. Start-up, input c:/windows/inf/sysoc.inf, enter;

2. In the open Sysoc.inf file, find the "Components" section and see if there is a iis=iis.dll,ocentry,iis.inf,hide,7 line below, and if so, remove the four characters from hide and turn it into iis= iis.dll,ocentry,iis.inf,,7, if not, add a row of iis=iis.dll,ocentry,iis.inf,,7 directly,

3. Close this file after saving

Download the IIS installation package from the Web, or locate the system original installation disk (not a ghost disk), and then IIS. Dl_ and IIS. In_ two files are copied to c:/(or other temporary directories), open command line tool cmd, switch the path to the directory where the above 2 files are placed,

4. Execute expand Iis.dl_ iis.dll and expand Iis.in_ Iis.inf These two lines of command, will release the Iis.dll copy to c:/windows/system32/setup/directory, will release the Iis.inf Copy to the c:/windows/inf/directory

Open Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/Add/Remove Windows Components as normal to install IIS.
