1. To add an image to an Excel file, you can insert it into a file. However, the inserted image is too large, as shown in a cell.

4. insert an image in the annotation as follows:

Right-click the target cell, select "add annotation", delete all text in the annotation input box, and move the cursor to the edge of the annotation input box. When the pointer turns into a cross arrow, right-click and choose "set annotation format"> "color and line"> "fill effect"> "image", and then click "select image" to add an image.

5. In the above operations, all the inserted images are filled, which is more suitable for the background.

6. In the end, I chose to adjust the size of images and cells to make them look neat.
