Add default release points in WMS

After WMS is installed on the server, a default on-demand publishing point is automatically created. The corresponding directory is c: \ wmpub \ wmroot. Of course, we can also change it as needed. With this default release point, you can access audio and video files in the C: \ wmpub \ wmroot directory through MMS: // servername/medianame.

If you accidentally delete the default release point and then want to re-Add the default release point, we can do the following.

1. Create an on-demand publishing point. The name can be obtained at will. The path generally points to c: \ wmpub \ wmroot. For example:
