Word2007 has the AutoCorrect feature that contains some of the most commonly used spelling error correction entries and common symbol AutoCorrect entries that users can add to their actual needs by adding an AutoCorrect entry, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and click the Office Button → Word Options button, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Proofing tab, and in the AutoCorrect Options area, click the AutoCorrect Options button, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3rd, open the AutoCorrect dialog box and switch to the AutoCorrect tab. Enter the actual character entered in the Replace box, and enter the AutoCorrect content in the Replace with edit box. Enter complete Click the Add button, as shown in Figure 3.

Step 4th, when you finish adding the AutoCorrect entries, click OK to close the AutoCorrect dialog box, as shown in Figure 4.
