Note the symbols. I cannot display them at the beginning.

Cause 1: quotation marks are incorrectly set to Chinese characters.

Cause 2: The Path strength of href is incorrect.

Cause 3: the icon is not in the root directory of the website.

 

Ico should be 16*16
