Add SELINUX license for non-port 3306 of MYSQL

The default selinux configuration of RHEL5.1 only allows the MySQL Server to listen on port 3306. To enable MySQL to listen on other ports, you need to use the semanage command to set the listening permission for the MySQL Server.

The following command allows mysqld to listen on port 3333:

Sudo/usr/sbin/semanage port-a-t mysqld_port_t-p tcp 3333

If the mysql data DIRECTORY is not a standard/var/lib/mysql (for example,/data/mysql), you can also manage the default permissions of the Directory through semanage:
