Add the notepad ++ option to the right-click menu.

Generally, you can download the green version from the notepad ++ official website (a free package) and decompress the package. However, the right-click menu does not have the notepad ++ option, which is not very convenient.
The following describes a manual method to add notepad ++ to the right-click menu.

Assume that notepad ++ is installed in: C: \ Program Files \ notepad ++ \
Complete file path: C: \ Program Files \ notepad ++ \ notepad1_cmd.exe

1. Run regedit to open the registry;
2. Open hkey_classes_root \ * \ shell;
3. Create a subitem notepad ++;
4. Create a subitem command under subitem notepad ++;
5. Modify the default string value of the subitem command to "C: \ Program Files \ notepad ++ \ notepad1_.exe" "% 1 ".

Add the notepad ++ option to the right-click menu.
