Add Tomcat environment configuration for spring MVC under Windows eclipse

1. Assume that the Eclipse+tomcat is installed:

Check the status of the Tomcat server, if the server is started, stop the server, or run the project in eclipse to indicate that the port is already occupied:

　　

2. Add the server Runtime in eclipse:

Eclipse->windows->preferences->runtime Enviornment->add

　　

Select the Tomcat version you installed and select the Tomcat installation directory:

　　

3. Add the Tomcat Library to your project:

Your project right-click->build path->configure Build Path ...

　　

Add Libraries, Server Runtime, Apache Tomcat vx.y, Finish

　　

After you are done, you can see the Tomcat jar package in the project's libraries:
