Add video to PPT

1. Select the ppt you want to insert into the video and open it.

2. Select Menu View-Toolbars-Control Toolbox, pop-up a dialog box.

3. Select the "Other Controls" button on the lower right side of the dialog box.

If you are inserting flash, the SWF file format, then:

4. In the Drop-down list, select Shockwave Flash Object

5. The mouse becomes the "ten" shape, Drag the mouse on the slide page to draw the size of the screen you want to display, that is, to draw a window.

6. Right-click the window and select Properties.

7. In the pop-up Properties window, in the "movie" line, enter the SWF file that you want to insert, including the filename and suffix.
