The old Adobe Reader Registry was not cleaned up so that new Adobe Reader could not be installed. Delete the information in the old Adobe Reader registry in the following ways.

1. Start-run-type regedit to enter Registry Editor.

2, find HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT Installer products 68ab67ca7da72502b7449a0000000010 will this [68ab67ca7da72502b7449a0000000010] The entire folder is deleted (the folder name shown on this computer is [68ab67ca7da72502b7449a0000000010], other computers may be different, you can use the Note-Delete table lookup feature to find Adobe Reader clean up.)
