ADT for Eclipse cannot upgrade to 23.0 workaround

Last upgrade, ADT was unable to upgrade from ADT 22.X to 23.0. Version 2

Need to re-uninstall and then reinstall

Uninstall method:

Help->install new software-> Click on the lower right corner of the page: already installed

Choose to download the plugin (ADT, usually starting with Android)

This should be a problem with Google not considering compatibility, causing an upgrade error.

Of course, you can also re-install the Eclipse and then reinstall ADT for Eclipse
