Problem Description

On the management interface of some vrouters, click "upgrade online to the latest version" in software upgrade. The software cannot be downloaded and the system prompts"An error occurred while downloading the upgraded file. Check the network and try again.", As shown in the following figure:

 Solution

This problem may be related to the bandwidth line, and may cause some routers to fail to download and upgrade the software.
Solution:View the vro model and hardware version on our official website. Download CenterDownload the corresponding upgrade software. Use a WEB browser to log on to the vro management page. Software upgrade -> Local upgradeMedium, BrowseFind the upgraded software after decompression, and click Software upgrade, Wait until the upgrade is successful.
