1. To change the properties of the database file right-click on the properties of the two files--security--add--immediately find--find everyone this user to check his permissions are OK and then attach on OK.

2. In the database manager, right-click the database Point property, and then switch to the "Options" tab, in the other options in the state, "database is read-only" set to False
