After IE10 is upgraded, VS debug the pop-up window Attaching the Scriptdebugger to process &

Windows 32-bit on the local computer. The following pop-up window appears after you use vs2010 F5 after IE10 is upgraded:

Generally speaking, the script debugger cannot be attached and a debugger has been attached.

I found this online. Many people have encountered this problem because of IE10, damn windows updates ......

However there is a fix:

1.关掉 IE10 和vs 2010

2.打开 cmd那可耐的小黑窗口，64位操作系统输入：regsvr32.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\msdbg2.dll"

3.如果是 32系统 ，那输入regsvr32.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\msdbg2.dll"

问题解决。
