I recently interviewed some people for next year's recruitment and found that many people are too impetuous and have incorrect abilities and requirements (possibly due to the relationship between CPI ). However, when asked specific questions, the question and answer were incorrect and incomplete, and even half of the accuracy rate could not be guaranteed. This made me worry about the current young developers.

 

As a 2-3-year. Net developer, I believe that I am very familiar with ADO. net. Even the basic functions of dataset, able, and datareader cannot be described in detail. Will it be called only at the underlying layer written by others? What can I do if I break away from the bottom layer of others? WebService, WCF articles Google and Baidu search tips. Won't you learn it yourself? Can it be understood after learning in the project?

 

I really doubt whether the young developers are still enthusiastic about technical research. Is it more about writing some business logic based on others' Orm, El or other frameworks? Is this a so-called Senior Software Engineer? I don't even know the design pattern. I can't say one. Do I have to contact them for more than five years?

 

I don't know what kind of work they will find in the future. I just want to tell them how to study and improve their technical capabilities. If you want to find a better position, enterprises need to have a deep understanding of technology and understand its principles and nature. Only by seeing the essence of phenomena can we learn new technologies more quickly.
