This is caused by a product bug left over when the portal7.0.0.2 patch was released. When you apply the product bug to people or groups to search for the Portlet in modules such as wcm and PDM, you can only search for uid attributes and group CN attributes. To solve this problem, follow these steps:
1)
Download and install the small patch ifpm57232 (size: 147 K) of the portal. The patch installation method is the same as that of the portal upgrade patch;
2)
After the installation is complete, restart all nodes, log on to the was nd console, and choose "resource"> "resource environment"> "resource environment provider"> "WP ".

You must enter four attribute values. If only two attributes need to be searched, one or two of them must be repeatedly written, separated by commas (,), but more than or less than four attribute values are not allowed;

Only one attribute value can be written. Currently, portal7 supports searching for only one attribute value of a user group. When IBM releases a new patch to solve this problem, we will take the initiative to contact the Customer, if the customer knows this message, can also take the initiative to contact us to help solve.

Restart all the portal nodes and log on to the portal to verify that they have taken effect.
