From the cover of "everyone is a product manager", I have already pointed out that I am a product manager between the ages of 1 and 3, this article describes the experience gained from the product manager over the past three years. The picture at the beginning has a feeling. It uses the earth, the sun, the animals and plants as a metaphor and uses the following chapters to describe the meaning of each thing. In addition, this book gives a detailed description of the entire product lifecycle and the project cycle of a project. The main chapters focus on requirements and project management.

 

The content of the book is good. For a newbie like me, I have come into contact with many new things, such as the meanings of various documents, brd, MRD, PRD, FSD, etc, I can't remember it when I read my blog. There are few tools in the book, and the author may prefer office, but even so, there is little ink. The document only introduces the format of the requirement document and some small charts. However, the downloaded document package mentioned in the document can still be used, you can download it in his blog space.

 

Overall, as an entry-level book, it is also my first product manager-related book, and there is a little bit of preconceived idea, in the future, there will be many books related to the content, hoping to continue to work hard to complete the topic reading of the related content of the product manager as soon as possible, and pay for the actual work.
