?? Each boot automatically check the disk, detection pass the next time, the Ntfs/fat32 partition is likely to have this situation, even if the system is re-installed, the same situation may occur, but the hard drive can be detected by the Dell Random Band Detection Program
Workaround: Enter chkdsk/f x in the Command line window: (x: The disk partition that is automatically checked every time the boot is turned on)
chkdsk/f can recover file system errors and can attempt to recover bad sectors, Mark bad sectors if unable to repair, to avoid loss of files due to write errors
If the chkdsk/f prompt has been repaired or no problem, the boot still automatically checks the condition of the disk:
Input chkntfs/x e: (do not automatically check e: at each boot)
If you have more than one volume, enter chkntfs/x d:e: F: (same as valid for FAT32 format partition)

Recently, a lot of colleagues asked the boot to cancel the disk check method, and all stressed that the normal shutdown, but each boot will automatically ask whether to scan the disk. If you encounter this problem, you can follow these steps:
(1) Run the fsutil dirty query driveletter command to check if the disk has a dirty Bit set. If yes, it may be the problem with the hard disk itself, please contact the hard disk manufacturer or the computer dealer for testing.
If you need to prevent the system from automatically detecting volumes labeled dirty bit, you can run the following command to exclude them:
chkntfs/x DriveLetter
(2) Check the task plan, the startup item there is no corresponding add-ons, some words can be deleted.
(3) Open Registry Editor and enter the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
Check if the multi-string key value BootExecute below is a numeric data similar to the following:
AutoCheck autochk/r\?? \d:
If yes, delete the/r\?? \d: You can.

How to cancel boot disk detection
If you try:

1. Select "Start → run", type "chkntfs/t:0" in the Run dialog box to set the disk scan wait time to 0, if you want to ignore scanning a partition when the computer starts, such as C drive, you can enter "chkntfs/x C:" Command, if you want to restore the C drive scan, you can use "Chkntfs/d C:" Command, you can restore all chkntfs default settings, in addition to the countdown to automatic file checking.

2. Click "Start → run", enter "regedit" in the "Run" dialog box to open the Registry Editor, select "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager Sub-key, then find the "BootExecute" key value entry in the right window and empty its value, then press "F5" key to refresh the registry. (This method cancels the system scanning of all the disks at boot-up)
Note:
C:\\>chkntfs/?
Displays or modifies the disk check at startup.
CHKNTFS Volume [...]
chkntfs/d
chkntfs/t[:time]\\r\\nchkntfs/x Volume [...]
CHKNTFS/C Volume [...]
Volume: Specifies the drive (followed by a colon), mount point, or volume name.
/d restores the computer to its default state, checks all drives at startup, and executes the chkdsk command on the problematic drive.
/t:time changes the AUTOCHK initial decrement count time to the specified amount of time in seconds. If no time is specified, the current setting is displayed.
/x excludes drives that are not checked at startup. The drive that was previously excluded from executing this command is not valid at this time.
/C Schedule startup to check the drive if there is a problem with the drive and run Chkdsk.
If you do not specify a command option, CHKNTFS displays the status of the bit in question for each drive.
As can be seen from the above, input: chkntfs/x C: can be implemented illegal shutdown does not scan C drive.
