Solution 1:
If the customer is a Windows 7 OS, press F8 at startup and select "last correct configuration" to enter the OS. After entering the system, we recommend that you temporarily disable automatic updates or do not update any patches in the near future.

Solution 2:
If the client is a Windows 7 operating system, you can restore the system through system repair.(Please note that after the restoration is successful, the machine will be restored to the use status when restoring the origin. If you have recently installed important programs, please consider backing up first "),The procedure is as follows:

Press F8 to go to the Advanced Startup option for Windows 7 and select "repair computer ";



Select the keyboard input method;



If an administrator password exists, enter it. If no password is set, click "OK ";



After entering the system recovery option, select the second item "System Restore". After entering the option, select restore origin and follow the on-screen prompts to perform the operation.
