Iv. process of the Conference
1. The team is gathered next to the storyboard and can be looped around.

5. Do not exceed the time limit.
6. Do not discuss technical issues.
7. Scrum Master does not move task cards for team members.
8. Scrum Master does not update the Burndown chart for the team.
9. Do not attend the event without preparation.
10. Do not attend daily scrum meetings. If you really can't attend, you need to inform the team and find a representative.

1. The team is clearly aware of each other's work
2. Project's latest hurdle backlog
3. Project's latest sprint backlog
4. The latest work progress map of the project
