I. Purpose of the meeting

Ii. Time of the meeting
1. The meeting time limit is not more than 15 minutes, preferably controlled within 10 minutes
III. Preparation of the meeting
1. Invite participants to:
Product Owner (optional)
Scrum Master
All members of the team
2. All tasks on the Sprint Backlog can be modified, re-ordered, or deleted.
3. The status of the task can be set to "pending", "Processing", "completed"
Iv. process of the Conference
1. The team is gathered next to the storyboard and can be looped around.
2. Start with the first person on the left and explain to the team partner the work he has done to this day.
3. The member then places the task on the task Board in the correct column.
4. If you can, the member can select a new task and put it in the working in progress column.
5. If the member encounters a problem or impediment, report it to Scrum Master.
6. Repeat step 2 through step 5 for each team member.
Precautions:
1. Scrum Master does not ask questions.
2. Do not report to Scrum Master or management personnel.
3. Don't change the topic of the meeting.
4. Don't be late.
5. Do not exceed the time limit.
6. Do not discuss technical issues.
7. Scrum Master does not move task cards for team members.
8. Scrum Master does not update the Burndown chart for the team.
9. Do not attend the event without preparation.
10. Do not attend daily scrum meetings. If you really can't attend, you need to inform the team and find a representative.

1. The team is clearly aware of each other's work
2. Project's latest hurdle backlog
3. Project's latest sprint backlog
