The development team confirms that they can still achieve sprint goals through daily scrum meetings. The meeting is held every day at the same time and in the same place. Each development team member needs to provide the following three-point information:
1. From the previous daily scrum to the present, what I have accomplished; From now to the next daily scrum, what I plan to accomplish; What has hindered my progress.
2. There may be brief questions clarifying and answering in daily scrum, but there should be no discussion of any topic. Often, many teams meet immediately after daily scrum to deal with any problems they encounter.
3. Daily scrum is neither reporting to management nor reporting to the product owner or ScrumMaster. It is a communication meeting within the development team to ensure that they have a consistent understanding of the status quo. Only members of the scrum team, including ScrumMaster and product owners, can speak at the meeting. Other interested people can come to the audit. When necessary, the development team will reorganize their work to accomplish the Sprint's goals based on the findings in the meeting.

Daily scrum is a key part of scrum that brings transparency, trust and better performance. It can help to quickly identify problems and promote self-organization and self-reliance of the team. All scrum meetings are limited in duration. Daily scrum typically does not exceed 15 minutes.

Let me talk about my own understanding:

1. Before the daily morning meeting, the team members should tidy up the content to be spoken in the morning meeting, the content should be concise.
2. I am usually not more than 15 minutes of advice on the daily scrum above, not fully agree, the landlord in the implementation of the agile process found that the daily morning will not be more than 10 minutes, the morning will be used to determine the direction of the project is not used to discuss the problem, looking for solutions, too waste everyone's time, wasting time is wasting life, That's really the point.
3. Daily morning meeting, to let members of the group know the overall progress of the project, improve the enthusiasm of members, the effectiveness of the team to play to the extreme.
4. Daily morning meeting record, will report the problem, timely resolution, speed up the development of the project, improve the team's development efficiency.
