First Test whether the local can ping the cloud server.
Ping tests are normal and test to see if the local cloud server's Web port is properly accessed.
Telnet to the server IP 80web port and 3306 database port to see if the Web server Apache/nginx/iis or the database is functioning properly;
If the local to the Cloud server Web port access is normal, and then through the http://alibench.com to test the country-wide Web site access.
If the country-wide access is generally normal, only local not normal access, with tracert or traceroute test local to the cloud server routing information, and feedback to the local operators.
If you are not able to access it, consider the following:
Check server CPU, I/O, bandwidth, memory usage performance for exceptions.
See whether the site has an error, such as 404, 502, 503, 504 errors, the general occurrence of this error is mostly server Web internal problems.
Check to see if the server is under attack.
Whether the disk space is filled up.
Check whether the Cloud Server Web site is a result of the amount of user access.
Check to see if the server is in a running state.
