Aliyun mailbox How to quickly view unread messages

Aliyun mailboxes are sorted by date and time by default, and if you cannot find new messages, messages may be located anywhere in your Inbox or other folder, not at the top or bottom of the list.

Please click "View Mail"-"unread Mail" in your Inbox or other folder that contains unread messages, and you can immediately find the unread message in the folder.

If you want to see the inbox of the unread mail, you can click on "My Mailbox" to enter the mailbox home, in the upper left corner of the Welcome page select "Unread Mail" can also quickly find the Inbox unread messages.
