The sandcastle project is an excellent Visual Studio document generation tool, which also causes the ndoc project to stop development. However, Microsoft provided free download of sandcastle on the codeplex site, but it was not open-source. Half a month ago CommunityUnder pressure, Microsoft had to remove the project from codeplex and claimed that it would reconsider the development of sandcastle, whether to go to the msdn code gallery website or open source again.
Half a month later, Microsoft finally made a decision to open all the source code for the sandcastle project on the codeplex site. Currently, the source code is open based on Microsoft Public License.
