Allow archive manager to support RAR and 7z formats in Ubuntu

Linux systems cannot directly support RAR and 7z due to copyright, and need to install third-party tools manually.

RAR Support 
sudo apt install unrar
7z Support 
sudo apt install p7zip-full
Compile and install RAR support (not recommended)
  1. Download the latest RAR support package from http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
  2. Unzip the compressed package tar -zxvf rarlinux-x64-5.3.0.tar.gz .
  3. Go to the extracted folder cd rar .

  4. Compile and install.

    makemkdir -p /usr/local/bin  mkdir -p /usr/local/lib  cp rar unrar /usr/local/bin  cp rarfiles.lst /etc  cp default.sfx /usr/local/lib
