Allow ASP. NET MVC to support routing with special characters such as + _

When you recently configured a business domain name, you need to upload a text file in the root directory of the server, and this text file needs to be placed in such a directory:

The corresponding folder is created in the server directory, and the KuPv.txt is uploaded, but access is not accessible. Originally, the path with special symbols is not supported by ASP.

If support is required, you need to configure this entry in Web. config:
