I recall the whole process, our project is the result of our team work together, during which we have experienced differences in opinion, but everyone is to be a better project to give their own opinions, of course, our software also has a lot of areas to improve.

Ii. issues to be discussed

(1), the choice of the future project of the plan and planning is not clear enough, this is the first problem we encountered, so in the future, we must do a full understanding of the topic.

(2), Scrum does not have a detailed plan, sometimes it happens that the team members do not know what to do, the division of the project is not clear, resulting in the most central problem resolution is slow, but the first project is relatively successful display.

(3), our interface is relatively simple, not very detailed division, in the first phase of implementation of the second phase of the consideration is not sufficient, resulting in a large number of changes in the second stage.

(4), our two-dimensional code generation part can not achieve a large number of data of the two-dimensional code generation, although our project function does not require a large amount of information to produce two-dimensional code, but also a big problem.
