1. Select one part of the FPGA, 2. Right-click-->part Actions---Configure Pin swapping; 3. On the "Pin swapping" page, "Ctrl + A", and then "CTRL + C"; 4. Paste it into an Excel file; 5. Remove excess columns and remove VCC and GND-related pins by using Excel table filtering (because they are not required at the time of binding the PIN) 6.
