Amazon Cloud VPS AWS Change Linux for root access password login

LINUX VPS does not have root privileges is very difficult to do, and password landing is also convenient.
The Linux version of my AWS VPs is Ubuntu 13.10, first signed in with an AWS certificate verified account,


1. Change the root password
sudo passwd root


2, sudo chmod 777/etc/ssh/sshd_config
Use up and change the authority back.


3, Vi/etc/ssh/sshd_config
Permitrootlogin
This line should read
Permitrootlogin Yes
Passwordauthentication No
The above no changes to Yes
Usepam Yes
Change the above yes to No

4, sudo chmod 644/etc/ssh/sshd_config


5, restart the AWS VPS, you can use the root of the normal landing
