In my personal experience (different experiences), I have never wanted to come out for a long time. I am only a part-time entrepreneur. In my heart, I don't want to start a business, I just want to get a little out of the box, and lack the passion and passion for entrepreneurship.

In the early stage, if you work part-time jobs like this, you can understand it. But if you want to do this for one or two years, you have to think about it: whether this person is the one we are looking. I always use all kinds of excuses to shirk my credit: I have a mortgage, a family, and an old man.

In fact, I would like to ask these buddies: You have concerns, who are not. If you come out to do something, no risk will be taken. The risks and potential benefits are also equal. Sometimes, if you don't want to break the boat, fight the water, or push people to that path, who will think about how to make money, who will cherish every penny from the bottom of my heart and how to spend it.

With the passage of time, full-time employees are still full-time, part-time employees are still working part-time, and the money is still divided into five or five, but those who sign contracts with customers and take all risks are full-time. Later, I found that many people did not really want to make achievements or career achievements. Different people come in to this team for different purposes. When selecting a candidate, do you need to consider whether this person is suitable to come in? What role is it after it comes in? Is it a partner? Or employees or guests? If it is a partnership, everyone will enjoy the same benefits, and it is difficult to be the same. If you are an employee, you just need to get the employee's share. Don't envy the partner's share, because you don't take any risks. If the team loses, your salary will still be paid, in addition, when you lose money, you may step out of the door. It's a flash. Who will talk about your friendship!

Once I tried to hire some part-time friends (they didn't want to take risks, so they were asked to work as employees), the team paid them more than the market price, and promised: within half a year, we have prepared our half-year salary. Whether we lose or earn money, you should pay the same amount of money, as well as the bonus. Even if we get down, we make up your salary even if we make a profit.
