I set the time to half an hour between and on Friday. 30 minutes can be divided into two sections, 20 minutes of speech, and 10 minutes of interaction. How to clearly understand the content to be shared within 20 minutes is indeed a test for the speaker. In the next 10 minutes, the interaction will also test whether the speaker has made sufficient preparations for the content to answer the questioner's questions.

You can perform regular ratings on these ratings to encourage them to actively share and help them improve.
