An error occurred while adjusting the TCP/IP settings of the server DNS. My colleague reported that the enterprise email sent to the customer could not receive the email. The email sent by the customer to us could be received. I was wondering if it was okay in the past, in addition, no settings are modified on the server. 1. The first step is to check that the DNS resolution of the server is 127.0.0.1. After you change it to the DNS provided by the access provider, the server cannot access the Internet directly. 2. After modification, the DNS still becomes invalid, and it becomes invalid after restart. After ipconfig is used, the windows ipconfig configuration information is displayed. The IP address cannot be obtained, and the IP address configured manually is invalid. 3. Find three methods on the Internet. One is to change the TCP/IP installation protocol, reinstall the installation after uninstallation, and the other is to disable the NIC in the task manager, enable, 3, and repair winsock in Network Connection Properties. 4. Try three methods. All methods are not good. 5. Finally, uninstall the NIC Driver, reinstall it. 6. check whether it is difficult to enable it. 7. Restart the server. (windwos is amazing.) How to fix Winsock: The computer cannot access the network and the system prompts "query the tcp ip settings for this connection failed, cannot handle "reinstallation of NIC Driver and re-installation of TCP/IP cannot solve the problem, sometimes the WINSOCK can be repaired to access the Internet. Then, the method to fix WinSock is simple: Click Start> Run, Enter CMD, open the command line, and then enter netsh and press Enter. Then, enter winsock and press Enter. Then, enter reset and press Enter; after the repair is completed, the system prompts you to restart the computer. At this time, restart the computer. Reload TCP/IP method: TCP/IP protocol Installation Method: 1. Start → run → regedit, open registry editor, and delete the subkeys under the following two keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Winsock HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Winsock2. Open c: \ windows \ inf \ nettcpip in notepad. find the inf file (if the system is attached to drive C): [MS_TCPIP.PrimaryInstall]; TCPIP has properties to display Characteristics = 0xA0; change 0XA0 to 0x80 and save it, and then close it. 3. Open the TCP/IP attribute of the local connection, click Add protocol → install from disk → browse to find the modified nettcpip. inf (c: \ windows \ inf \ nettcpip. inf) file, and then select "TCP/IP protocol" (do not select the TCP/IP version 6), OK. After this step, the network connection window is returned, but the "unmount" button is available at this time. Select the TCP/IP protocol and click the "Uninstall" button to delete the TCP/IP protocol and restart the computer once. 4. After the restart, follow the steps in Step 4 to reinstall the TCP/IP protocol. 5. restart the computer again and solve the problem. (You can set IP addresses as needed)
