An error occurred while creating the window handle. (Win32Exception not processed)

When a form is InitializeComponent, if the creation is unsuccessful, try rewriting the createhandle in the subclass of the form, and if the creation is unsuccessful, the Recreatehandle will generally succeed. As follows:
