I found it online. It turns out to be a package conflict. conflicts means a conflict in English.

I unmount all conflicting packages;

Yum-y remove mysql-libs-5.1.52 *-y means you don't have to ask whether to remove

After the uninstallation is complete, the MySQL installation is successful.

Yum install MySQL-server-community-5.1.58-1.rhel5.i386.rpm
