Then I checked the information on the https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/blob/master/share/doc/homebrew/Troubleshooting.md#troubleshooting and couldn't solve the problem.

Homebrew does not find any problems by running brew doctor self-check.

Then we suspect that there is a problem with apache and try to download it directly through 'homebrew-apache, which is invalid.
