An error occurred while installing rostas.
Recently, my colleague introduced a software for learning a foreign language and installed it. The installation failed on Windows 7 and the error message was:
There is a problem with Windows installer package. A problem run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor

Then I searched and found the solution:
If no error is found, the Windows Firewall Service is disabled.
The Windows Firewall Service must be enabled during installation.
Start the "Windows Firewall" service: Start → run → services. msc → Windows Firewall → start.
Then the installation is successful again.
