Run manage. py dB shell. An error occurs: sqlite3 is not an internal or external command, nor can it be run. ProgramOr batch files

To operate the sqlite3 database in Python 2.5 or later, two components are required:

1. DB-API modules
2. sqlite3 C language class library
The built-in sqlite3 support in Python 2.5 and later is DB-API modules.

The C language class library of sqlite3 needs to be installed independently.
Sqlite.exe can be downloaded here.
Then, add the path of sqlite3.exe to the system environment variable.
