Solution: Delete the directory c: \ Users \ Administrator \ appdata \ Local \ Microsoft SQL server data \ sqlexpress.

 

 

The above method is useful in xp. In win7, you can use the following method:

1. end the sqlserver process in Process Manager.
2. Delete the "C: \ Users \ classic. Net apppool \ appdata \ Local \ Microsoft SQL server data \ sqlexpress" directory.
