An error occurred while mounting the NTFS partition on windows in dual-system Linux (ubuntu ).

After installing a dual system (ubuntu & win10), I found that Windows disks are sometimes unavailable under ubuntu, so I searched the internet to solve the problem and recorded it here;

The problem is as follows:

 

Solution:

1. ctrl + alt + t open the terminal, enter the command to check whether the ntfs-3g has been installed:

Locate ntfs-3g

 

 

If similar, it indicates that it has been installed! No installation. Enter the installation command:

 

Sudo apt-get install ntfs-3g

 

2. Fix the Mount error. For the corresponding partition, see/dev/sda6 in the prompt. Enter the repair command:

 

Sudo ntfsfix/dev/sda6

 

 

This indicates that the repair is successful!
