Analysis of disk Time of Windows performance counters

Recently, when I was working on a project, I monitored a system with an additional storage database server as Windows Server 2008. I found that many disk times exceed 100. We all know that disk Time is a percentage, and the maximum theoretical value is 100%.

The exception data is as follows:

% Disk Time
328.1876
49.0227
1433.891
141.8331
661.2175
1001.768
651.9919
117.3368
797.8396
921.1879
64.84509
1112.133
1254.004
151.9364

After checking the data, we found that the disk Time counter will repeat statistics when there are multiple disks, so the disk Time has no reference significance at this time...

What should we do?

The current server's d disk (External Storage) is placed in the database file, so add a _ d idle time in the counter, and use 100-_ d idle time to get the I/O of the d disk.
