The procedure is as follows:
1. select the mixer type according to the process conditions, stirring purpose and requirements, when selecting the mixer type, you should fully master the dynamic characteristics of the mixer and the causal relationship between the flow states produced by the mixer during the stirring process and various agitation purposes.
2. according to the determined mixer type and the flow state generated during the agitation process, the process controls the mixing time, settling speed and dispersion, and uses experimental methods and computer simulation design, determine the motor power, stirring speed, and mixer diameter.
3. Based on the motor power, stirring speed and process conditions, select and determine the type of the cer from the CER selection table. If the CER is selected according to the actual working torque, the actual working torque should be less than the allowable torque of the Cer.
4. select a rack and coupling of the same type as D according to the output shaft head d of the CER and the Support Mode of the mixing shaft.
5. select the Shaft Seal type based on the do size of the Rack stirring shaft head, the installation space, the working pressure, and the operating temperature.
6. according to the installation form and structure requirements, design and select the mixing shaft structure type, and check its strength and stiffness.
If the design is based on a rigid axis and the strength is met, the N/nk ≤ 0.7
If the design is based on a flexible Axis, n/nk >=1.3
7. choose base cover, flange base or flange according to the rack type and pressure grade of the common sense DN and mixing shaft.
8. determine whether to configure secondary support according to the conditions of support and anti-vibration.

The parts with the same head size can be interchangeable and combined in principle.
