Residential electrical technology has developed to a very high level. We should seize the opportunity of "smart residential" to conduct an in-depth analysis of the smart residential electrical wiring. Find a practical and prospective method to drive the entire residential electrical wiring design to a higher level.
It relies on power carrier, communication twisted pair wires, Integrated Wiring System shielding and unblocking 4-to 8-core wires, optical fiber cables, coaxial cables, radio technology, and infrared technology to transmit information. Some sensors, converters, amplifiers, receivers, splitters, and adapters are added to achieve automatic control and remote control for household appliances to create a warm home environment. Smart management of household equipment makes life easier; cold water, hot water, tap water, remote transmission of billing to save manpower; cable TV two-way transmission can freely on-demand TV, music programs; online shopping, online browsing, home remote office, multimedia services, video and telephone conferences, and a series of voice, data, and image services are all available; fire and gas leak alarm control, security intercom, emergency calls, and so on make our lives safer.
The development speed of information technology is amazing. Although many companies can provide new cabling solutions for smart residential buildings, they are not only more or less difficult to cope with the increasing technical requirements posed by the rapid development of information technology, at the same time, investment in similar astronomical numbers is still unacceptable for Chinese people. So there is a lot of resistance in the promotion and use, because few people are willing to spend a lot of money to build a smart system that is outdated. At the same time, we are pleasantly surprised to find that information technology is solving the issue of using existing traditional lines as the medium for modern communication and high-speed transmission, and there has been great progress in some fields.
As a developing country, China is still in the initial stage of socialism. Residential buildings are China's new economic growth point. I believe that it is impossible and unnecessary for us to build houses in accordance with the so-called highest smart residential Cabling Standards, but it is necessary to adapt the residential buildings to the wiring conditions required by smart residential buildings. Try to adapt traditional cabling to future intelligent development, so as to gradually achieve the goal with the continuous development of economy and technology.
The key to the smart residential electrical technology is system integration. This integration not only reflects the whole building or the whole community, but also reflects each household unit. Any integration requires that all systems and devices have an open communication protocol and communicate and control the protocol with everyone's consent. The integration Chamber should properly resolve this issue. As a building Electrical Designer, the problems we must solve are technical requirements, technical indicators, and widely adapted cabling conditions.
For system integration, the main trunk lines are in the form of the same vendor, all of which require regional management of wiring equipment, trunk lines and main station network management equipment. Horizontal household devices and their management and distribution devices are deployed in star cabling, bus, wireless, infrared, and hybrid modes. Bus, wireless, and infrared are more economical and widely used in relatively fixed information transmission speeds and relatively low bandwidth. For example: home Equipment, environmental control, energy management, disaster prevention and security systems. With its high flexibility and high-speed broadband transmission of information, star cabling is widely used in speech, Data, imaging, multimedia, television, audio, and other aspects.
The electrical design systems of traditional buildings are separated and have almost no association. However, we found that there are too many similarities between traditional residential wiring and smart residential wiring. Based on the requirements of smart housing for cabling, the traditional residential wiring design is adjusted as follows:
1. Set all the traditional weak current of the building or residential area, including the master data center of security, monitoring, TV, telephone, and computer network, or the online data center in one area, in order to be transformed into a system integrated network management master station room in the future.
2. Set the vertical cable slots, pipelines, and wiring boxes of the associated systems in the building in an electrical shaft or area. It will be transformed into a system integration trunk subsystem and a regional management inter-device subsystem in the future.
3. Create an integrated wiring box for each living unit. It is required that the wall should be mounted to the top of the roof as much as possible, with a certain amount of extended surrounding space. Currently, according to the traditional design requirements, it enables users to solve problems such as the placement of household TV sub-devices, security, telephone, computer networks, and three-Table remote transfer between internal and external systems, etc, to be transformed into a control wiring device integrated into the household system in the future.
4. Add a power supply pre-pipe and a device bus monitoring line pre-pipe between the integrated wiring box and the household distribution box. The household distribution box is properly enlarged.
5. In accordance with the principle of enlarging the first level of traditional design pipelines, the telephone and computer network pipelines of Integrated Wiring boxes should be reserved for a wide margin for future transformation and cabling.
6. The pipeline between the integrated junction box and the system junction box of each layer is reserved according to the traditional design. The best method is to use the cable trough for cabling. The TV, three-Table remote data transfer, and security lines in the household have reserved pipelines according to the traditional design, which can meet the needs of future lines. 7. The fire alarm control system must be set independently because of national industry management requirements, but information can still be transmitted to system integration through its host interface.
Compared with the electrical wiring design of smart residential buildings, it is found that the adjusted traditional design can meet the cabling conditions required by most system integrators. Now, in turn, the traditional residential wiring design will have better results in the way of smart residential electrical wiring design. We are still carrying out our traditional design, but the cabling method has been changed.) users are still using traditional products. However, during their residence, they can meet their needs at any time, in electrical aspects, it is easy to transform traditional houses into smart houses. The additional investment required in such design and construction is a small part, however, it creates unlimited expansion space for the future development of users.
