When you log on to Windows 7, the following error occurs:
Cause analysis:
The above prompt is that the user's configuration file is damaged and the user cannot log on to the previous account. The cause of the damage may be due to virus software mistaken removal, third-party software setup errors, and other reasons. at this time, the system will generate a temporary account. Any settings and saved files for this account will expire after restart. Therefore, do not save files in this account. Generally, this problem will be solved after we restart the computer. If the same result is returned multiple times, it is likely that the account used previously has been damaged and cannot be repaired.
Solution:
1. Create a management account solution
From the cause analysis, we can see that once this problem occurs, the user's previous account configuration file may be damaged. In this case, check the folder corresponding to the previous account name in the C: \ User folder, check whether the data is lost. If all the data is in, we recommend that you create a new administrator account, copy the data of the original account to the new account, and delete the configuration file of the original user account.
2. Repair solution
1. Create an administrator account
(1) make sure that you have logged on to your computer as an administrator;
(2) click Start> Control Panel> user account> Manage other accounts> create a new account;
(3) enter a random name, select "administrator", and click "create account". You can see that your new account is already in the account list;
(4) click start to switch users and log on to the computer with the account you just created.
2. Press F8. select "safe mode" when restarting, scan and kill the entire disk, and then restart.
3. After the restart, try to clean the startup. If the startup is clean, no third-party software is loaded, this can eliminate software interference. If the problem does not recur, you can enable half of the third-party services each time and gradually narrow down the scope of troubleshooting until the software is located and disabled.
