Can a applet only replace a applet? Can't small programs be used to direct traffic to real apps? Can't I use a small program to direct traffic to the public account?

It is useless to develop small programs. for example, if a large number of ios and android applications are used to develop small programs, you can only run the things you have made, in addition, you can only use the provided items.
