No conflict between eclipse and ibus is found in ubuntu. If the conflict exists, you can install fcitx. Refer to the following:
1. solve the conflict between ECLIPSE and IBUS-replace the default IBUS with the penguin input method. The method is as follows:
A. installation:
Enter sudo apt-get install fcitx in the terminal
B. Replace the default system input method:
Enter
Sudo im-switch-s fcitx-z default
Im-switch-s fcitx-z default
C. Restart
